Uttar Pradesh is really "Ulta Pradesh" in many ways!!! Let me prove it by facts. All the states of the country including Central Government consider any serving soldier an  "ex serviceman"  from the date of issue of NOC (One year prior to his actual discharge from service) but "Ulta Pradesh" counts him "Ex Serviceman" from date of  his  actual release from the service. " Ex servicemen" quota is given to serving soldiers one year prior to their release from service so that they can apply for civil posts and take the exams for their resettlement but UP Government thinks otherwise. First of   all vacancy for any post is not advertised  every year and in a state like  UP where any vacancy is filled generally  in  five steps i.e.  1. Pre  2. Main  3.Interview 4 High Court, and  5.Supreme Court    It may take years together to get a job  really in hand. So, the logic behind treating a soldier , an "ex service...

 Although, I have served in Indian Air Force for 20 years but never seen :- 1. Rank on shoulders in full sleeve uniform. 2. Rolling of sleeves while wearing full sleeve uniform. 3. Any serving Air warrior daring to have this type of  fancy haircut  4. Any medically fit Air Warrior wearing uniform without shaving .  And  most importantly  5. Using such type of unparliamentary language at public place. But when "भांड of Bollywood" and people like  Leftist Anurag Kashyap are hand in glove, only  a Bakvas film can be expected.

 A welcome step by Yogi Aaditya Nath Government!!!  A long pending demand of retired soldiers have been fulfilled. Now the Ex Servicemen of Uttar Pradesh will get five percent reservation (horizontal) in "Group B" post also. For this purpose, necessary amendment has been made in Uttar Pradesh Lok Seva Adhiniyam-1993. Thanks UP Government

Since last few days  social media  is flooded with couple challenge posts. Many people, be them old or young , are posting their photos with their wife. But Flt Lt Shivangi Singh is going to  accept this challenge in her own way. She has assigned a unique  challenge in her  real life.. Flt Lt Shivangi will be the first lady fighter pilot to fly Omni role Rafael Fighter jet. And do you know who has been his instructor on Mig-21 Bison?? It is none other than one and only Wg Cdr Abhinandan Sir. Women power steering the Mighty Rafael    is what we call  real  couple challenge!! 

SCENE-1 (Year-1998, Place- CR& SS Hangar of a Trg Sqn) The  environment of the hangar is gloomy at first place. Shoulders of Technicians are down. Everybody is busy servicing the Kiran Aircraft like a machine. No 'Josh' only 'Khamoshi' . Exactly at 1200 hrs , phone of the MWO ic hangar rings. He picks up the phone, says 'Yes Sir' 8-10 times and puts the phone back on cradle by wishing 'Jai Hind' to the person ordering from  the others side . Now he gets up, takes the  white chalk and writes on the hangar board in bold letters- "General Afternoon at 1530 hrs". Since, it is almost daily,s affair, hence  nobody is surprised.  Rather they are happy  as reporting time is delayed by 30 minutes.  (As per authority, the purpose of daily afternoon is not just to increase the serviceability of Aircraft but  to keep technicians fit and busy.)  How welfare minded they are!! With the arrival of "Omnirole"  twin jet Rafale  combat aircraft   on 29 July at Ambala to be part of "Golden Arrow",  Now Wg  Cdr Abhinandans need not to cross LOC tobchase away F16 Aircraf as Rafale is loaded with Meteor (Missile) ,  an active radar guided beyond-visual-range air-to-air missile (BVRAAM) which has the range of 150 Km and can hit the targets for sure in the range of 100 kms..Moreover Meteor offers a multi-shot capability means it can hit many targets in one sortie. Someone rightly said that till now we have been equipped with 'Canes' against 'Guns'. In past we fought against Saber Jet  with Gnat Aircraft and  shot down F16 with 'flying coffin' Mig 21. But Rafale, manufactured by Dassault Aviation  is considered as canon against those "Pakistani Guns" as it is capable of carrying out a wide range of short and long-range missions. What a special day for Indian Air Force !!! Sqn Ldr Dalip Singh Majithia (retd) hits the century and still growing strong as he  celebrates  his 100th birthday today. He retired in Aug 1947 & holds the distinction of being the 'oldest' IAF fighter pilot now. All Air Warriors and Air Veterans wish him  many more happy and healthy birthdays.  Live long Sir.!!💐💐💐💐💐
